ECD and Cryogenics Workshop 2025 Advertising & Sponsorship Opportunities
Supporting the ECD and Workshop 2025 gives you and your organization opportunities to maximize your company’s visibility, promote your brand and engage with leading cryogenics experts. Advertising & Sponsorship Opportunities:
Lanyard
Sponsor name or logo will be featured, as well as CSE logo on the official lanyards provided to all conference participants and exhibitors. These lanyards serve as a high-visibility, branding opportunity throughout the entire event. 750€ (exclusive sponsorship opportunity)
Coffee Break Sponsorships
Coffee Break sponsorship provides exclusive naming of one coffee break provided at the three coffee break locations in the exhibitor ring. Sponsorship includes poster advertisement during the coffee break. A total of five coffee break sponsorships are available. 500€ per coffee break.

ECD/CHMT 2025 Program Book Advertising
The ECD/CHMT 2025 Conference Program Book will be distributed to and used by participants for the entirety of the conference. The front and back covers will be printed in color on glossy paper, and the inside text pages will be printed in color on standard paper. The program book’s dimensions are 21 cm x 11.4 cm, with a 1.2 cm margin. The deadline for advertising submission in the Program Book is October 15, 2025.
Advertising Opportunities:
- Outside Back Cover (Color): 500 €
- Inside Back Cover (Color): 300 €
- Inside Front Cover (Color): 400 €
Payment and Additional Information
All prices are in Euros, excluding VAT. Payment is required to definitively confirm the sponsorship opportunity. Invoices will be sent out following agreement. Sponsorship opportunities are on a first come, first served basis.
